( the Artist ), an opportunity to submit your music to be featured in one or more of an Authors Audio.com Podcasts. If we use your music in our podcast, we will include your name and song details as part of our Bumper music details. We also will retain your information with the show archives.

As this is a benefit for for both parties, ( Authors Audio.com and the Artist ), it is understood and agreed by both parties that ( authorsaudiobooks.com ) will not pay or owe any royalities to the 
( Artist ) or their ( Publisher ) for including the artists material in any of the podcast programs.

Authors Audio.com retains the sole right and discretion to chose from the material submitted as to which music will be used in it's podcast programs. It is agreed by both parties that Authors Audio.com will not assume any responsiblity for any other party's use or misuse of the Artists material.

As regarding the terms herein, I ( the Artist ) authorize Authors Audio to use my music in the Authors Audio podcasts.
